Our mission is to create accessible, inclusive career pathways in the construction industry for underrepresented and disadvantaged individuals by delivering high-quality training, mentorship, and employment opportunities that foster personal growth, economic independence, and social reintegration.
About Us
Construct Recruit is a London–Essex based construction training and project placement enterprise dedicated to closing two critical gaps:
1. The construction labour shortage
2. Widespread unemployment among marginalised individuals
We support:
- Prison leavers
- School leavers and NEET young people
- Individuals from low-income or disadvantaged backgrounds
- People with learning difficulties or barriers to work
Our model integrates commercial recruitment, accredited training, and hands-on site placements, ensuring candidates progress from training directly into employment.

Pre-Employment Training
We provide essential, industry-recognised training to prepare candidates for site work, including:
- CSCS (Labourer Green Card & H&S Awareness)
- SMSTS and SSSTS
- NVQs (Levels 2–6)
